Our roomate uses an alarm. He hits the snooze. Again and again and again. Would you be able to back to sleep? Sometimes I just want to yell get the F*ck up already!! Someday I may hit that damn thing with a hammer.

Yes actually my husband and I have seperate alarms. He gets up earlier than me. He never hits the snooze button, but when it goes off it wakes me up to and once he's up I can never go back to sleep.

My wife has to get up at two thirty in the morning to go to work. It used to always wake me up. But now I am so used to it that I just sleep through it.

Well, Hopefully it won't be long before this room mates has to get out to make room for baby. But I hate alarms they instantly wake me up. and for someone to push snooze again and again..that would seriously make me wanna break the snooze button on that thing. You need your rest especially since you are having a baby. You need to explain this to the room mate. Unless you can find a way to rig up the alarm that everytime he pushes snooze he get the you know what zapped out of him..lol That would get him up..

Growing up I had a few brothers that did that. One of my brothers hooked an alarm up to his stereo because he is a heavy sleeper. The music would BLAST for about an hour before he would get up unless I went in his room and turned it off and woke him up. I guess it was MY alarm clock!

Ah, well.. having a alarm clock go off again and again is rude and inconsiderate of others in the house who can sleep in. But I do understand holding your tongue, no one really wants to start a fight of a confrontation needlessly. From your other discussions, I can determine that your roommate will be leaving sooner or later so that the baby can come. Then the alarm issue will happily fade away.

Yes!!! my roomate has a alarm which goes off about 15 times if he dont answer it... It gets so annoying i freak out and want to throw it out the window. The only thing more annoying is his very loud snoring at night so i hardly get any sleep
