Usually, it's best to double brew your coffee before you ice it or you risk alternating the flavor. But sometimes when I'm in a rush, this works very well for me: Take a large glass and fill it to the top with ice. Make sure you over-fill it if you can, since the coffee will start melting it. Add hot coffee. Pour slowly so you don't burn yourself and give the ice time to shift as it melts. Leave a little room for milk or cream. Mix in 2 sugars or sugar substitutes (because it's cold at this point, the Splenda or Equal works better than sugar). Add a splash of milk or cream. If you prefer, leave out the sugar and add a flavored cream. Throw in a straw and enjoy! --- Try different variations until you find a flavor that suits you... try mixing in a teaspoon of honey or chocolate syrup. Maybe leave out the cream if you wish. How about a splash of cinnamon or vanilla? This is a great recipe for everyone who loves coffee because you can make it any way you like! Enjoy and hope this helps! -MK-
