is your pet afraid of the vacuum?

i have ferrets but they love the vacuum so much that they get in front of it to play with it. or they jump on top of it which hinders me from freely vacuuming when i'm concerned for their safety. so i have to vacuum while they are in their cage. BUT we have a cat that runs away at the sound of the vacuum. do your pets like the vacuum?

My dog definately had some reaction to the vacuum cleaner, but I am not sure if it was fear, or a hate for the noise it made. She would always try to attack it and bite it. She almost bit a hole in the bag once. There was something about that vacuum cleaner. She was normally mild mannerd and almost never barked at anything, but when I turned that vaccum on she would go completely bonkers. I hated it when she did it, but I would gladly have her do that now. She went to heaven about a year ago.

hi ladym....sorry your baby went to heaven. from what you've said it is hard to determine if she liked it of not. it is curious sometimes what goes through our pet's minds. have a good day.

My dog loves it he barks at it, bites it and runs after it all the time... he does it so much i just play with the hover when he comes over
