Any of you guys play The Sims?

I have been addicted (off and on) to the game for years now, since the first game came out I have been a loyal fan. I don't play the original game anymore, but I play The Sims 2 frequently when I get spare time, or if I am just bored. I am very excited for The Sims 3 to come out in 2009, it's exciting because there will be no loading screens, just an open neighborhood! Has anyone else played the game? Are you anticipating the release of The Sims 3?

I played the sims for my PS2 once and I really didn't see the point in it. I didn't really like it.

The computer version is definitely alot better, check out that version instead of playing it on a game system.

I'm a Sims addict. I started with the old game right before Sims 2 came out. My computer at that time couldn't handle Sims 2 so it was awhile before I could get it. I have also played the Sims off and on since it came out.. the last time I was addicted to it was when Sims 2 came out.. it was bad haha! But this is the first i've heard of a Sims 3. I mean, what else can they possibly add to this game??? It was a fun game as a child/teenager... but I think i'm going to live my real life!! But it was always fun!!

Oh my God, there is a Sims3 coming out. Wow, were have I been. I do love playing the Sims, I have played it since it first came out and then haven't played it for like 5 yrs and now I'm hooked on Sims2. Wow, now that they are having Sims three out, I can't wait to see what features it will have on it. I play Sims on my Wii and Computer as well.
