Why Our Body Need Fruits?

what is really the reason why we need to eat fruits, if no fruits what would be the best way to substitute? we have different kind of fruits depending on the places we live in. what fruits do you open eat everyday?

Medical practitioners would agree that fruits is the foundation of our health. Why need fruits ? We need fruits because these fruits contains vitamins and minerals that help us in good shape and keep away from diseases. Eating plenty of fruits and to add vegetables everyday would lessen the cases of heart disorders, diabetes and cancers. The thing about fruits they have fibers thus, weight could also be controlled and toxic elements in our bodies would be washed out. Fruits is what we need at least one of it in a day ! Oh I forgot, Philippines is a tropical country we have lots of fruits here, mangoes, pineapples, bananas, oranges and many others. I bought variety of them in day !

yes we have plenty of fruits here specially banana, it is common in every meal and the cheapest among all. i am talking here in our place in davao because we are producer of bananas for import and export.

I think we need fruits for the vitamins it provides for us. If you do not eat alot of fruits, you can get your daily vitamins in a pill. there is all kinds of vitamin pills for us to take. I do not always have fruits at home. I like all kinds though. I love apples, oranges, watermelon, peaches, pears, grapes, bananas and many more.

Fruits are the main type of food containing vitamins. They also offer fiber and some saccharides, such as glucose and fructose. The human body needs all these substances to function properly. That makes fruits welcomed to our table. Lately I've been eating mainly bananas and apples.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are filled with vitamins and antioxidants as well as fiber. Most of them are low in calories. Unfortunately they have gotten a lot more expensive. I love almost all of them. I would like to eat apples, oranges, avacados, bananas, strawberries and blueberries everyday if I could.

Fruits are healthy and a good alternative to sweets. They a lot of times low calorie. There are many different flavors so everyone should be able to find some fruit they like. Personally I can't think of any I don't like. I really like melons like cantaloupe or watermelon. I like oranges that are brought to me fresh off the tree in Florida. I like bananas and apples.

well our body needs a lot of calories and if we wanna be strong and in good physic condition than we must use a lot of fresh fruit,that mean that we must be active every they in that look!

As we all know we are human beings a live organism that exist. And fruits and plants as we are almost the same they breath also. And thats why we needs fruits because our body needs live organism also that can fight to our daily bacteria that can harm our body from eating food that are not healthy. I don't think there are food that can substitute to fruits.... coz for me it is the best eaten food that must not eliminate and must be eaten everyday..

We need to eat fruits for their sweetness and nutritional value.If there are no fruits available we can eat fresh vegetables.We can aslo take vitamin supplements if needed.
