My mom cooks real good food and I can't wait to eat tomorrow.
My favorite of all would be what we call here as "humba". It's semi-sweet rendition of pork adobo (which is one of the most famous filipino dishes) and it has leaves to make a nice aroma and peppers to spice things up a bit. It's very good and I usually over eat when it's served.
2 cups of rice per meal would be the minimum I'll have along side it. Can't wait when it will be cooked by my mom again. See 'ya!

Its very difficult to tell about anyone dish because she cooks really very well!! I think hardly anyone in the world who doesn't like dishes made by his mom. I learn all the cooking from her and cooks like her but i can't cook fish curry well while my mom makes delicious and yummy fish curry.
