Did you ever take a shower with cold water?

When I was in my 20's, I often took shower with cold water in summer. It make me cool and I feel healthy and strong. But now i am 31, taking bath with cold water make me somewhat uncomfortable. Now in summer I usually take a shower with lukewarm water. Can you stand taking a cold water shower?

Sometimes when my house gets a little warm from the heat outside, I can usually stand a cold shower at least once to cool myself off. Lol. I don't like bathing in cold water though, so I agree with you there. One time when I was really ill, I had a fever of like, 102, and my parents made me take an ice cold freezing bath to cool off. It was terrible. :) Have a good day!

yes i take shower with cold water in the summer. here the summer is very warm so the cold water becomes somewhat warm as well, no need to mix in more warm water. 31 is not old, so you should try taking shower with cold water again, it's healthy

I am busy studying in a college so I have no time enough to take physical excise and I can't stand the cold. If I have time and take physical excise every day, cold shower will be a enjoyment for me. Good luck.

Back in my country we dont have a heater so I spend all my times taking cold shower! I just find it hard when the weather is quite cool starting November to January. And during rainy season but most of time I enjoyed it.

Usually if the water is cold I would wate until it had a chance to heat-up. However there have been times in which I started the shower with hot water and it gradually got colder and colder until it was near freezing. At the point I russssshed or sometimes I just get out and wait.
