HOW DO OU FEEL ABOUT FINDING LOVE ON THE INTERNET?

I met my fiancee on myspace actually while he was deployed in Afghanistan . it has been 9 months that we have been together and already we are talking about marriage. He is deployed in Iraq right now and we are still going strong. it is certainly not fun being away from him constantly but still we love each other very much. meeting people online can be great as long as you're careful

I think that as long as you are careful, it can work out fine. I met my husband on the internet. We have been married for over 4 years now. My thinking is this: People can lie to your face just as easy as they can on the internet.

I really see no problem with it. I had a friend that started talking to someone over the internet. He was from England and she is in the States. Good Luck! Meeting people online, in a bar, through a dating service, a friend, etc. etc. Its all the same, you don't know them till you chat, go out, etc. You almost have to get background checks on everyone nowadays, just to be safe. You will know soon enough if a relationship will work out...!

I don't understand people that can fall in love with someone over the internet. Most of the time from what I have heard people that are looking for love on the internet are not being honest about themselves. In that case you are just falling in love with a fantasy of someone's imagination.

It seems to be always a good idea, after all, you can find the "one" in any place, including over the internet. But, in my opinion, we need to be careful to use the internet only to start knowing the other person. It's simply impossible to know somebody completely over the internet, so I use it just to make contacts, to afterwards book a date.

I'm quite skeptical. But still, nothing is impossible. I have heard of real life stories about internet romances. Good luck!

I think that it is good, i have found love on the internet times 2 I met my ex boyfriend from a dating agency online and we was together for 6 months, I have also met my currant boyfriend on the internet too. I think it is great for people like me because i am a single mum of 2 and i dont get out and meet people that often. I see it as the same as meeting someone in a club, bar or even a supermarket. The internet is just a introduction tool, it is a way of meeting people, Once the introduction has been made than it is up to the 2 inderviduals to make the rel work or not. Good luck
