how do you get your kids more modivated to excersise more?

my son is 9 and he is soo lazy when i try to get him to down some activeties with us he just doesn't wnna move. he has gained weight and needs to loose about 30 pounds.

my husband says e helps me but he does one or two things that he thinks is helping then he lays down to watch tv or he plays playstation for hours..... when i ask him he says he tired and i say what did you do that your soo...

my son is 9 years old and he won't stop lieing and telling stories. his teachers have told me your son might have ADD, i am in the process of haveing that checked out. but i'm trying to help him and it's not working.

my husband and i have been married for 3 months it's his first and my second. he tells me that he knows that marriages are supose to be good and no problems or drama. HA!!!!!! he is out of his mind......mariages have their ups and...
