how to gain weight

if you do have some effective methods please help me. i wanna be stronger. Then i can perform better on the court so as to be the defending champion the next semester... anyway , thank u for your sharing^ ^

Eat 5 small meals a day. Do not eat big meals more on carbohydrates, it will just make your tummy bigger. Have enough rest because no sleep is the main cause of getting weaker or lighter. And enroll to gym, have workout. Ask your gym fitness instructor of the best program suitable for you. Read more men's health magazine, books, and the net. Hope you will gain your goal. Congrats!

5 small meals a day??? sounds interesting, maybe it's kinda campus life-style...haha i think the gym fitness instructor thing will be very useful to me ! thanks a lot for your advice!

Weight training, using light weights, builds muscle and adds weight the way you want to, with strength. You need to make sure you eat plenty of protein and get plenty of rest too, as this is what is needed to build new muscle tissue.
