No my kids are not spoiled.I try to discipline them as it will benefit them in their life later on.It is not advisable to spoil children otherwise you will be the one who will face consequences.Nobody blames the kid ,it is the parents especially mothers who face all the brunt.

I had a sister-in-law who said that the only spoiled kids are the ones that are left to sit and rot. No, I did not spoil them. Maybe I did over indulge them in some ways, but it sure was not monetary, I did not have it. Mom said I let them run my life, but I think that is what she did with us. I do not regret it.

I often wonder what that phrase means? I don't think that provided things or love and affection in abundant amounts SPOILS a child. Is there a set limit to the things that you should provide? Is there a set limit to the amount of love, affection or encouragement that you show your child? As a parent if your child wants something, why wouldnt you give it to them if you could? If you really think about it, you would probally do the same things for another child that is not yours or even a total stranger. So again, I just have no idea what that means.
