Also, to both macintosh and non-macintosh users, what do you think about mac? I bought a White MacBook 2.4GHz few weeks ago. I'm an art student that's why I bought mac for me and I'm lucky that my school has this apple store inside and we get different promos every month. It so happened that last July, the promo was 20% discount so I bought my macbook right before July ends. So far, I'm loving it. Its performance is exceptional the best part about Mac is that you don't really need anti-virus (anti-virus is optional). The down part is it's not compatible with my external hard drive. I still have to reformat it and make it compatible with my MacBook.

I converted to Macs about two years ago and will never return to a Windows based pc. Everything is better on a Mac and they are far simpler to use. I love the fact that every programme is integrated with all my others. I have a 24" iMac and my daughter has a Macbook like yours. To be on the safe side though as there are some trojan horses about. You might like to have a look at www.iantivrus.com It's a free antivirus for OS X Leopard. Enjoy you computer.

Not me. I have a Dell desk top computer and a DY lap top. We have just always used PC's. I am sure the Mac is a very nice computer, but I have never used one.
