Old bowling lanes become furniture

Hmm. I do this all of the time, but am a little blank right now. I have a book I bought at a used book sale called Reuses that has a lot of interesting stuff. I save pretty old jars and make citronella lamps out of them with fiberglass wicks from Hobby Lobby. I painted up old cans last year at Christmas and made them into containers for things and votive holders. I bought a used table top to put on the cast iron table base my mom had in her yard. I made tablecloths out of old sheets to decorate my daughter's wedding reception tables. I saw that idea in Country Living, I think. They called it "Cottage Chic". I would love some bowling alley furniture.
