mine is this. the earliest i can remember was when i was four years old. i went to a day care center at that age together with my sister who is a year younger than me. there was this day when we came to school and forgot our assignments at home. so when the teacher asked for our assignments, i panicked and decided to bravely ask the teacher if i can go home and get our assignments. this was the first time that i was to go home alone. usually, our mom or dad brought us to the center. it was not very far from our house but being four years old at that time, i felt very very grown up and very brave as i tracked my way towards our house. dad was surprised when he saw who was knocking at the door, and hurriedly asked if there was an emergency. still out of breath from running (i was afraid of the people i met on the street who asked me where i was going, so i ran all the way),i said he had nothing to worry about and that i only needed to get our assignments. after i got back to school, i remembered witnessing one of my classmates have his seizure (his name is Emmanuel and he's epileptic). the reason i remembered was that he was also my escort during our United Nations program where we had to dress up like Little Mr. and Ms. UAE). and that ends there. that's all i remember. maybe i ran out of memory space. hee hee..

i've always listened to people talking about what they did when they were 3, or 4,or 5 years old. and i keep wondering how could they distinguish how could they know how old they were at the time. as for me, i can not tell when i started to remember things, i guess 5 or so when i went to the kindergarten. not much childhood memory, as if i have never gone through a childhood. WHAT IS IN THE SAME situation like me?????

i always base my time line on when i went to school. like i mentioned, i was 4 years old when i went to day care, so that's around the time that i was able to remember my experiences. i think there's a study somewhere that the earliest that people can remember is when they're 3 or four years old. i just can't remember where i read that :)
