Can you read a person by his eye?

I think the eyes give a pretty good idea of the persons mood. At least mine do. And most of my friends too.

Reading a person's eyes , is a natural thing...everyone can make out , by looking into others eyes.. But , some people are , so good in doing so....when , now , if you are asking for a friend...yes , language of eyes ...is such that, people across the world,related o country , can communicate easily...

I usually can tell about a person's mood by looking at them, by observing a bit about their actions too. Also even if they act the opposite their eyes would show their real feelings.

You are right about relations being built on confidence. I see your questioning about eyes and eye contact have you curious. I would have to say I believe in the adage of the eyes are the mirrors of the soul. I find that I can tell a lot about somebody just by their eye movements. I usually feel like I have someone's full attention especially when they look me directly in the eyes. Sometimes the eyes and the facial expression go hand in hand and I can tell if someone is in a good mood or not.
