Sometime ago a friend of mine sent me a link to a funny animated kitty video...it seems that video has gotten very popular and is one of the most watched...I happen to discover there is now a whole series of "Simon's Cat"
The first is Simon's Cat TV Dinner--I think a lot of us cat owners can relate to this one.

These are great - and my Chloe is very much like Simon's cat when she wants something to eat!! Very "in your face", "on your lap", etc. If I don't pay attention to her soon enough, you can bet cupboard doors will be opening and shutting with a bang, things will "mysteriously" begin to fall to the floor and HUGE chunks of toilet paper will be removed with the evidence left on the bathroom floor (and the viper-like teeth gouges like gaping mouths on the rolls themselves!) There's nothing quite like trying to make use of "Holy" toilet paper!!

Thank goodness my two current kitties don't do that, but I had cats in the past that thought the toilet paper was THEIR toy to play with...they'd unravel the whole roll onto the floor and yes, lovely teeth marks galore

Hahahaha! I LOVE those Simon's Cat videos!!! Someone had sent me 'Cat Man Do' in an email, but I had never seen the other two!
One of my cats leaps back and forth across my face when he wants breakfast and I'm still sleeping. If he wants dinner and I'm at my computer and ignore him sitting at my feet meowing he jumps up, making it a point to jump onto my keyboard on his way up to the top of the monitor where he then plops his tail right down in front of the screen.
It's not so bad in the nice weather though, because they mostly stay outside and only come in if I call them.

My Kissy hops up on my computer desk from time to time to get attention and stations herself between me and the monitor so I can't see shat...so of course have to drop everything and pay attention to her. Now just WHY do cats love shoving their butts up your face anyway???

Those were cute. My cat come in at 5 something this morning and meowed to wake me up, she didn't have to get the bat after me (hahaha) I got up and she ran to the patio door wanting out. When she is out and wants in she will scratch at the screen door or just sit at the patio door in the back and look in.

I sure hope my kitties don't get the idea to use a bat on me to wake me up...another reason I have a hard time getting out of bed is due to the fact that Pyewacket literally likes to sleep on top of me...and yikes he feels like he weighs a ton!

Yup....hope my two kitties never get the bat idea either..although my Kissy tends to poke my arm and face to wake me up

Every once in awhile my Kissy jumps up on the computer desk and gets in between me and the monitor...so it's almost like that guy on the couch trying to watch the TV..can see a thing then so of course have to stop everything and pay attention to her

Thanks pye! They were soooo funny! I had a cat named Jaguar who
who this cat really reminded me of. He would wake me up everyday
at exactly 5:00am by tapping me on the shoulder. I swear it felt
like a human tapping me to get up and feed him. I would get up,
pretty much in my sleep, go into the kitchen, shake the dry food
into the dish, get back into the bed and after he and his brother
had enough to eat he would come back to the bed and go back to
sleep too. He did this everyday without fail until he got sick
and I had to put him down. How I miss him! My cat Star will
meow and walk me to his dish and point so that I fill it up.
I guess they all have their own ways of "asking" to be fed. I
really got a laugh out of these videos. Thanks, from a true cat

aww..sorry to hear about Jaguar. I had a cat Bobbity (she was of a trio..Bibbity, Bobbity, Boo)that when it was near my time to wake up would hop on my bed and bite me on my cheek..ouch...sometimes it hurt!! One of my current kitties, Kissy tends to tap me on my arm as if to say "Hey mom..get up" Have any pics of Star to share??

Thank Goodness for dogs, after seeing that I really hope that my dog doesn't get any ideas as well, its a lot bigger and heavier than Simon's Cat, and it doesn't need a baseball bat to wake me up. 25 Kilo of solid hair landing on my tummy works just as well.

My one cat Pyewacket wakes me up by jumping on my bed and sitting on my back (sleep on my stomach)--and yikes for a small kitty he feels like he weighs 150 pounds..LOL

oh-i love "let me in".i almost peed myself over that one.
especially when he's trying to move the flower pot and going back and forth with it.
another you might want to find on youtube is about a cat named "sparta".
it's filmed in this guy's apartment,and you should see all the treefort type things this cat has..

ONG I think I own Simons cat by the name of Sammy. The first video Sammy was doing the same things last night. I was trying to do cross stitching and she jumped up on my lap and would not let me continue with my needle work. I think she was having an insecure moment. I swear she was terrible and needed MOM right NOW!
I watched the other Simon cat video I did not like the one where he was blown up but I did like the one with the baseball bad. I wonder if Abagail does that to me if that is why I wake up with migraines in the morning. I have you wondered what pye or kissi does to you when you are sleeping.

I have a hard time reading. The only free time I have to read is when I'm stretched out in bed before I go to sleep, well Pyewacket must think reading is boring and he wants his attention so he promptly hops on my bed and sits on my book...can't read then. I LOVE my new bed....uh, so do the kitties...Pyewacket and Kissy takes turns snoozing in the center shelf area of the bookcase headboard of the bed..Heaven forbid I actually put books there..LOL

I am glad you got the money after all the problems you went through to get it. I am glad you like your new bed.
I read for a few minutes before I go to sleep at night. Sammy snuggles up to me and tries to read the book also.
