tell the good fats from the bad ones

you want to aviod saturated and tran fats, but you needs more monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.good sources are fish,nuts,avocados,and soybean and canola oils.Smater:fit in good fats.if you keep track of total calories,you don't have to worry about how much fat you eat,just what kind.Please eat some fats that are actually good for you.

Thanks, fish oil is a good fat so I take it in to increase my good cholesterol. I don't take in meat fat as they are bad cholesterol and will surely increase my triglyceride and cholesterol. There is a new category for this in "Laboratory." Happy mylotting and all the best.
