Sid Vicious rumours of Return to WWE?

August 17, 2008 12:52pm CST
I doubt it, but this article from rajah.com says that he will be, someone who knows his son said that he will be returning to WWE Gunnar Eudy, the 28-year-old son of four-time World Heavyweight Champion Sid Vicious, as well as indy wrestler Rage (a friend of Sid), are saying that Sid will be back in WWE next month. Reader Charlynn Star sent in the following.. My friend and fellow Sid fan Joyce told me that Sid's son Gunnar Eudy told her that Sid will be back in September the WWE. Here is my friend's myspace. She has Sid's indy wrestler Rage as a friend, Rage is a friend of Sid, and worked with him as a member of Sid's Pride of Brotherhood gang in the indy circuit. She says that Rage has also told her that he'll be returning. Above is the articles.... and below is the direct link.... http://rajah.com/base/node/13299

I'm going to wait and see for sure. I'd be curious on if Sid could get in the ring. I know he's tried to a bit after that vicious leg injury. If he can make a solid comeback, that'd be a great story. He most likely would be brought in as a face if and only if they decide to use that as a tool for him as a comeback story. The question is if he goes in as a heel and they continue to cheer him for example, would he be turned to a face?

That's interesting to say the least. He could work as a heel but it would depend on the crowd as well. If you're getting cheered and you're supposed to be a heel, that doesn't work out too well it seems. I guess we'll have to see if he shows up.

interesting development here. hopefully, it pans out. sid vicious is a good heel and i like him better as a heel rather than sid justice the hero. he's going to give soem of the present wrestlers a run for their money. i'm all for bringing back former wrestlers as long as they are still physically capable. maybe wwe can start that and bring back old-timers like sgt slaughter, kamala, bret hart, razor ramon, diesel, and macho man? i know soem of these have wrestled in other circuits so it wouldn't be a stretch to have them again in wwe. the present roster for all three brands, raw, smackdown, and ecw, is still thin in the talent and personality department in my opinion.

Yeah would be good, Id have him start out small again, mabye Intercontinental Title, or US, as I would like to see how he goes, and then mabye a feud for the World title, but obviously not straight aways, then again, if they bring him in, tehy can feud him with people who started WWE after he left, so he wont know them in a storlyine, which is always goood.

yeah he can start of by challenging for the lesser known titles and then work his way up. i'd want ot see him in ecw though. i think it really fits his persona. a feud with tonny dreamer, mark henry, or matt hardy isn't really far fetched and would actually do good for the brand. he can then cross brands and take on the bigger names like hhh, cena, batista, and taker. the guys a psycho so i'd want to see him interupt matches and tear referees and announcers limb for limb ala-kane. of course, the highlight will be a match with kane himself. sounds improbable but definitely not impossible. psycho sid is just what the doctor ordered for the ailing wwe.

Appearently he has been trying to get back for some time now. If I remember right the conflkicts have been between his storyline and salary/contract neg. With luck he will return.

I really think that rumor is true. I was reading info about him on wikipedia and I came across this. Sid is currently signed by World Wrestling Entertainment. Now i have read everywhere about that rumor but I guess the contract has been signed because it says it on Wikipedia and it didnt say any of that a few weeks ago when I was looking at it.
