How much cups of water you drink a day?It it enough for your body?

Hi everybody,water is very important to our body.Our body needs water to survive,if not we will easy get ill.I would like to ask how much cups of water will you drink a day?For me,I will drink 12 big cups a day,it is about 2 liter.2 liter is enough for a normal person.If you are doing sports like badminton and swimming,a person must drink more than 2 liter.

Hi,scorpiachoo,but this kind of discussion has been started no less 3 times,be care~well,normally i get 5~6 cups of water per day.maybe in summer,i will drink 2~3 more.i dont drink much after sporting.because i dont think too much water can be absorbed by my body totally~happy mylotting

basically all people should drink 3-4 lts per day. And if they do exercise and have more sweating atleast they should drink 4-5 lts its a doctor advice and true

Daily i drink more than 5 glasses of water and i think it is not enough.Daily we have to drink more than 10 glasses of water.

You're supposed to drink 8 but the truth is that green tea, lemon water, and lime water can be counted in that 8. The main concern is to keep hydrated to flush out toxic waste.

I drink six cups of water a day.I know it is recommended to drink eight cups of water a day.I'll try my best to drink at least ten cups of water a day.

I never count how many cups i drink water in a day but i do think i have enough.I also drink some fluids like juice, tea and soda.

I drink atleast six glasses of water a day, and I drink when I feel thirsty, When I am thirsty I only drink water. When I want something for the taste, I'll drink something else. My body tells me when I need to take a drink, and I do. I have no problems drinking enough water.

I normally drinking aabout 2-3 litres a day and more if I'm out hiking in the local mountains. I used to drink alot more. But I don't do the excercise I used to.

i drink maybe 4-5 cups a day i never hot the 8 cups like you are supossed to. i try.

I'd say 8-12. Lol. Its really my habit to drink a lot of water a day. And I think 8-12 is enough.

Hey hey In the summer i drink so much more . Usually , I am more active and outdoors so i need the pick me up of water . I would say I drink 4 big bottles a day and some say that still may not be enough!

This statement you made seems to be true.Swimmers do need to drink a lot of water.

I drink one glass of water before breakfast, Another glass of water before lunch. And another glass of water before dinner. I also drink in between meals but usually its not water, its either milk or juice. Whenever I get hungry I drink water first before eating. I think I drink more or less 6 glasses of water a day.

Hi, nice to meet you here. I only have about 6 cups of water per day. I think it is not enough for a normal person. But, for me it is not enough also. Sometimes when i was in school, i dont like to drink so much water just because i dont to go toilet so often. If i drink a lots of water, it will always make me feel want to go toilet.
