my attitude and moods have left lots to be desired lately. some of the things ive posted about.. some of it ive kept to myself as it isnt for public consumption. people i thought were one thing that turned out to be something different.. those i thought werent something turned out to be.. lies deceptions and deep dark secrets created by those who dont give a thought to what their actions do to others when these things come to light.. which always.. truth outs. secrets cant be kept forever.. deceptions will unravel.. and there shall be fallout guarenteed. have to say ive lost a bit of my faith in humanity over the last few weeks.. and this is rather disheartening. through it all there have been a few of you here that have helped keep my head above water stopping me from drowning in it all.. i issue my heartfelt thanx here. rest assured i`ll bludgeon on through these events and reality shattering revelations with the assistance of those who love me most in pure kathrynn fashion. im coming.. and hell is coming with me.

Hi Tessa, You always say it as it is though and that refreshing honesty is great in a person and because you are like that I guess you have that expectation of others too and when it is revealed otherwise it hurts like hell doesn't it. I must have missed a lot of dicsussions recently as I was ill for a bit so I must say I hadn't really noticed your attitude or moods. Huggles. Ellie :D

Sometimes, friends post discussions here and they are way above my head, I read them and re read them and although I feel a little bit that I know what they mean the rest goes over me. This is one of them I am afraid, I am not completely with you on what you are saying, but I shall be here for you if I can and if you need me XxX

SOunds like another tough moment for ya Tess. Like you are letting all that negative energy bottle up inside you instead of passing through you.
A good friend once shared a technique that I have recently found to be rather refreshing. Take a long shower, and visualize all the yuck washing from your body. It also helps to have a nice big bath sponge and get it really lathered up(this art is from my own experimentation) as you wash and watch the suds fall down... see those suds as all that yuck.

not another.. this is a still. and was a very smaht person shared that little technique. im doin it daily sweetheart. cant imagine the complete basketcase id be if i werent. and if the bombardment from every direction i turn finally stops.. it might actually do some good. might take you up on yer offer too ;squish;

i wonder if letting things pass through might be why im where i am at the moment. my spidey senses were dulled, and i was left easy mark for deceptions. not all of this is a lot thing.. that is just compounding what ive got spinning out of my control in my own life.. ie the bombardment. i`ll get a handle on it im sure.. ive got people like you helpin hold me up ..;squishes;..

I don't think it'll ever stop tho, you are a sensitive person. But somday you will discover how to let some of it pass through, when that happens all sorts of wonderful things are gonna happen for/to you....you can count on it and mark my words :)

Not sure of the exact place you're coming from my friend but that's ok. I think you know I will be here for you if ever you need a faraway friend. I read some things at times that put other things off kilter and I wonder what the fu(k is going on but I keep my distance. There are some here who are pretenders but I believe they are unwell and that accounts for the storytelling. I'm not in the middle of things as you seem to be...I sit on the outer edges and collect mere scraps of info but it's enough to see that some things don't gel or make sense.
The thing I mostly don't understand is why some are blind.
Oh well, such is life. I know you will hang in and keep going regardless of deceit, you will see it for the insanity it is and act accordingly. It is a wise woman you are.

They always say truth wins out. I'm sorry that you have been decieved in some way by some one hun. It's never nice to be or feel decieved about something. I'm sorry I have been out of sorts as of late ( ok I have all my kids bugging me.) and haven't been here I have emailed you about that a bit ago and recieved your response. I hope that all is well with you today and as always I leave the lot for a while and feel like I'm coming back blindfolded and ready for the shotting range. LOL!!! But I'll email you tomorrow hun K. I'm off to bed. LOL!!
