Do you love WRITING POEMS?

I have written a poem once, and it was when I have 15 years old for some girl that I use to like.. My poem really work that time, because I had written honest words to that girl.. after that, nothing more I have done..

hello angiemabute, yup! i do love to write poems it is one of my passion and one of my ways to ease my feelings and give me peace of mind most of the time. i think i found out that i am quite a writer when i was 14 years old and i have my 2nd poem published in a magazine. i had 2 poems that made it and i have bunch of them. one of my prof even ask me if i can write one for him so he can use it as their band's song. i think i have more than 500 poems since then and it sure makes me happy coz it is satisfying in my part. i have some poems written in a website and got a good reviews about it. i dont write to impress someone, i write it coz it helps me let go of what i am feeling. it is like a world that only i can go and that to me is something. anyway, keep up your passion on it. who knows maybe some day you will end up having a book that is a compilation of your poems. good night!

I do enjoy writing poems. The only time I would write a poem is when I have problems dealing with life issues. There are times I would put off writing a poem. Whenever I feel like I am being tortured by an incident, I would come across picking up a pen and paper and write my feelings in rhyme or not.

Yes, I love writing and I do write poems. It's been a part of me since my early childhood. I have my poems in my blog.

I used to when I was younger, but not anymore. When I did writem them they were for my eyes only. Kinda selfish there huh? Nice poem btw.

Am I meant to get lost when I took the sudden fall? Why do you make me feel that you don’t care at all? Why do you make me see that you’re building a wall? Does it please you to see me ruin my worthless life? Does it delight you to see me ran over by strife? Why isn’t it enough that my body aches like hell? Why do you have to see that I bruise my heart as well? Can’t you see my tears when I cry with the rain? Can’t you see that I’m dying and shivering with pain?

Hi , I love writing poems . I have a whole collection of them . thinking of putting out a book . I write when i am sad and i write for things i long for . Things i cant have i write about that . I write of this one chico who stole my heart too.

I don't like writing poems,but reading them.Sometimes the poems make me feel so good,I like reading them so much.

A teacher in high school once said that I got the "power of the pen". That was long ago when i still join and win contests. I was even "Journalist of the Year" in grade school. But just this year, I shared one of my works at emanilapoetry.com, and got some not so good critics. Somehow, it was so arrogant of me to still think Im good at what I do -- not anymore. I still write sometimes, but i cannot come with a winning piece anymore. Used to believe that "If words are my means to capture the world the same are my tools to lacerate the soul". Maybe my muse would meet me again anytime soon.. and maybe by then, ive already shrugged the melancholy off my shoulders.

Yes, when I was young I loved to write poems, but my problem was that I could not express my views in the form of poem, so I switched to prose so that I could freely express my opinion. To write poem you need talent, which all people do not possess. That is called poetic heart. All people do not possess them. So, I am not sure that several peopel can write poems although many people want to write them. Nevertheless, I sometime express my thoughts in the form of small poems and not long poems.

i love writing poetry but i only like reading by poetry . aha. urs is gud tho . but i dnt no why but i dnt like wen ppl read me there poetry either unless im in a poetry reading mood. aha. yeahh thats botu it but i love poetry tried entering them in a contest most are scams that want u to pay them 50 bucks so u can get a book that ur wonderful poem is in?

I write poems all the times. I have 8 self-published chap books. I've written poems about various people in my life- my mom, my ex, various assistants and friends. If you either screw me over or cause me to adore you, you're probably going to have a poem written about you.

He makes me write, we are not friends that time and I just express my feelings through poem, I guess I have made like 6 poems for him...lol! I can write when I am very in love and very sad, but when I am satisfied and happy in my life, I can't put them into words..weird! lol! Anyway, With my husband, I had 3 poems for him! now that I am busy working online, I never start to write again![/i]

Hi angiemabute, That is a beautiful poem but it feels as thought you have been really hurt at sometime or other and yes I love writing poems too and some my poems has been publish in a magazine an I only write poems for myself and no one its how I feel. Tamara

yes i do that in the times i felt inlove i usually express my self thought the poem i made and i want to show to the person i love....or i had a crush...
