Do you get money for marking your best responses in unresolved discussions?

I knew that you may get more money if someone gave you a best response, but I saw a discussion this morning saying that you get money for selecting best responses?

I still haven't heard of it, that we can make some money for choosing the best response or resolving our discussions. I guess I have to resolve my unresolved discussions by this time so I can tell you if this is true. (neildc @ red/89/1681)

I too have read this somewhere but I have not seen any difference in my earnings.
