If I could choose where to live, I would love to live in a place where I could live peacefully. I want to wake up with the sound of chirping birds, rippling sound of the water, and a place where there are trees, I love green. But, this will just be a dream, because I don't think we still have this kind of place here.
How about you, where would you want to live?

I am sorry that you are unable to realize that dream. I hope that you are able to find peace wherever you end up!

I am living in a Three Story House. I am at the ground floor and the upper stories are rented out. For we two persons this is a big house. I takes to much to maintain.I want to live in decent small apartment type House with a small lawn and beautiful surroundings open green parks nearby for morning walk and evening walk. I want to live at a place from where market access is walkable.

If i were to choose where i want to live, maybe i would choose a place full of trees and plants. A place that is far from the city where pollution mainly resides. A place where i can smell the fresh air, see the sun rise and set, see animals freely roaming around. I also want that place to be full of flowers. Like you, i want a place that can calm my senses, that can bring tranquility within me. I love green too.. Yes, i also doubt if such place can be seen nowadays since the world is really into technology that can bring harm to the environment. Its like a dream.

I would love to live around the beach. Just because it seems so peacefull to live there and my husband and I enjoy going to the beach all the time so in that way as well we'd be at the beach already and we can visit any time.

If it was in my home country I would love to live in a thatched cottage in the countryside close to a rural beach. It would be situated in a quiet and peaceful locality. I love to see old cottages, green fields and a unspoilt coastline.
If it was overseas I would love to live in a thatched tree house or beach hut. It would be in a tropical country, Belize perhaps, and it would have views of a palm fringed beach. It would be in a quiet spot and the main sound that I would hear would be the gentle waves splashing against the shore.

I would choose to live near my parents and sister. Not next door, that's too close for comfort; but close enough to walk, and visit.
It could be a house or an apartment - my hubby prefers a house. I have simple needs - besides the usual bedroom, guest room, store room and other usual rooms in a house, I'd want to have a 'working' room, where I can 'hide' to do my work, or just laze around with my books or TV.

I would like to live in hill country near the seashore. I like climing and I like to the feeling of standing on the hill top. And I can see the sun rise from the sea level on the top of the hill. I like to enjoy myself by the sea, walking along the shore or do some fishing.

I would like to live in the place that you have just described...I love nature too and bubbling brooks and gushing waterfalls and all. My house thought should have all the amenities of modern living - flat TV, swimming pool, terrace, internet, and all gadgets used in communicating.
I would like my backyard to be well manicured and taken cared of...All the best and good luck on both our dream place.

I am young, so right now I would love to live in a big city, and maybe in a foreign country! When I get older I am sure this will change though. When I am older, I definitely see myself returning to my home area. I also want some place where there are lots of places to run, as I love to run! But for now, a big city would be awesome!

Hmmm I would want to list the characteristics of the place I desire to live.
1. Clean environment - Helps us mentally, physically and emotionally
2. Peaceful - Why live in a place of danger?
3. Accessible - I wanna be accessible to major facilities like hospitals, theatre, mall, parks, etc.
4. There are lots lots more to consider but those three are the major ones.

I want to live where my parents live. They own half of a mountain with a stream running down the side so they wake up surrounded by nature. They hear the birds chirp and a lot of the food they eat they grow or hunt themselves. They cut their own firewood. It is a very peaceful place. I plan to move in down the mountain from them a little ways and create my own paradise one day. I want to finish school first. Trust me that kind of place still exists, problem is it is not for sale. If it is for sale then so will another lot next to it be soon and soon you are living in a subdivision. I am so blessed to have parents who own such a place! They did sell a few acres out of 200 acres to a friend but otherwise they are holding onto it!
