I think I am going through this same phase just now. I think we need a break and and chill out. Just think of ourselves for some time and nothing else.

I cannot even think of a trip let alone plan one...my boss would get a heartattack if I even suggested it.

I have no reasons to go anywhere out for any office work so no chance of a business trip. So have to just work and work and work now.

Normally, it does not happen with me. When I talk to someone, I talk with full attention. So while sharing with someone, please concentrate on the topic and the presence scenario, do not let your other thoughts disrupt your current conversation with someone. Keep reminding yourself that you have to concentrate on the present, past is already gone.

Hi dear well glad to see u after long time, and heard about ur problem, well in our subcontinent when some girl or bioy have this problem, its called that he or she is IN LOVE. Is this case for u?? Well, joke aside, some times u have some things cooking up in the back of ur mind ( conciously or unconcioulsly) and these thinghs some times make u absent minded or depressed, the best way to get rid of these things is that just change ur life style a bit, distract ur mind with light things. some sport, some hobby, some walk. other thing proper 7-8 hours sleep in night will help u a lot. just have light sedative material so u can have sound sleep Hope u will be Ok, sooon Take care

Hi sang It's been long time that we are talking. It seems that you are going through the same as I am going through right now. Completely disillusioned, bored, dull, monotony. I think, we both need breaks. We have to love ourselves and take out 'me-time'. Let's do it dear. Love and huggles.

Many a time when we are talking to others or when we are listening to others our mind wanders off and we suddenly stop and become confused as we can`t remember what we were talking about. This can happen if we have been distracted by something or there is something that is worrying us.There is nothing to feel bad about as it is a common experience and almost everyone has gone through it.I would suggest that you take up some deep breathing exercises which are taught in Yoga which are called as Pranayam. They will fill your entire body with energy and clear you mind and make it alert. The Life- Force or Prana will circulate throughout your entire body and brain and re-energize it. Try it and see the difference.
