hi friends,
I have gained weight after i met with an accident and had a fracture.
My buts and stomach is giving real problem as i have gained weight there.
So I am planning to go on diet. Can anyone help me or suggest what diet course should I follow?

I'm not a big fan of fad diets, and nothing beats just cutting back on fatty high calorie foods and having exercise. What I would suggest is for a little bit using a website like fitday.org, and track what you eat, how many calories you take in, and see where you can cut things out. And cut them out! And you can track your exercise, and see how many calories you are taking in more than your body should need (its not perfect as everyone has a different body, but I'd say try it out just to get an idea of what is wrong in your diet).

if you are concerned about gaining weight, i guess you should try to reduce sugar, becoz sugar gives you lot of calories and lot of fats, you will cut considerably even if you cut down on sugar.
Avoid Sugar
