Chocolate, far from being an unhealthy treat, a latest research indicates that the flavonoid rich substance could have a protective effect on the cardiovascular system (heart and blood vessel). Researchers in Athens investigated the effect of eating dark chocolate on three determinants of carrdiovascular performance: endothelial function (lining of blood vessels, hymphatics and serious cavities), arterial stiffries and wave reflections. All three are predtiors of cardiovascular riks. They reported that cocal and other chocolates might keep high blood pressure down, the blood flowing and the heart healthy. Dear reader, what is your opinion on CHOCOLATE TAKING? Your opinion is very much important.

i've already heard about the many benefits of eating chocolates.. i also know that dark chocolates are good anti-oxidants that helps in cleansing the body... although chocolates can offer us benefits that are for the health, it is still advisable to eat chocolates with moderation because it may cause diabetes due to its sugar content and it will cause us to gain weight unconsciously..

I personally love chocolate, but it isn't for health reasons. And I prefer regular over dark chocolate. I think some of the health benefits are due to a high amount of anti-oxidants in the chocolate? Anyways, I still wouldn't call it healthy, but it makes my eating of chocolate at least more legitimate! It is nice knowing the systems it helps though! Thank you very much!
