Is such a site promising?

This is not an advertisement. I will not post the url here so you can see that this is not an advertisement. I have set up an website. It is a job search engine with one objective; connecting job seekers from all over the world directly to the hiring companies. I collect jobs only from company career pages. I do not collect jobs from career sites; as in Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, and such. This is based upon my experience that company career pages have the most accurate, updated, and descriptive job postings. Unfortunately, these postings are the least accessible due to the large number of companies coupled with their diversified websites and deficient searching tools. I do my best to fill the missing gap between you, the job seeker, and the hiring companies. The search engine is built with an international scope, collecting jobs in more than 100 countries. Day by day, new companies are added to the search engine. Does such a site sound promising? In fact I have tried many ways to build up my own business. But I have rarely made any money. Some of my ideas sound wonderful to myself, but maybe not to others. One thing I worried a lot is: how can I make money? I can't stay long without cash flow. I have to buy myself bread and milk in order to survive. How about google adsense? Is there any one who has relevant experiences? I started this project about two months ago. I spend most of my time on it. But when it is almost completed, I become confused... Is it promising? How can I make money from it? Am I going to fail again? Oh, my god! Who can tell me?!

I don't mean to sound discouraging. Ask yourself this question, what sets your business apart from Monster.com and big job search sites? And focus on these qualities. Keep promoting your uniqueness and soon you'll start getting traffic. If there isn't much different, I'm afriad you'll lose. I wish you all the best! Go get them!!!
