I just wonder how often do you go to see your dentist? It is advised to go and check out your teeth every two time a year. Do you do so? For example, I am not a dentist's fan, so I go to see them only when I am dying form the tooth ache. And it is bad, cause sometimes it is too late and it cost me a fortune. What about you?

I aim to go to the dentist every six months, yes, but it is very hard to find a very good dentist who is patient and I get on well with, to feel me more comfortable and at ease, I have to feel comfortable with my dentist and that he or she is kind and patient because I am nervous! I moved away from my last dentist so I have to find a new one I keep putting it off and putting it off, I should have gone last month but my teeth feel ok so that is my excuse for not going!

Hi soleya! One of my best friends is a dentist and we see each other before almost everyday. She checks my teeth each week for free. haha..I was so lucky and blessed then but when she migrated to the States, I have neglected going to the dentist for the past years now. I usually go to the dentist when I am also dying form the pain. However, I only have my teeth cleaned by the dentist once a year. It should be twice, but it is kinda expensive. Sigh!
Take care always..God Bless!

I go every 6 months. I went so long without being able to see one that I have more bridgework than natural teeth. I want to keep the ones I've got!

I go to the dentist every six months. When I leave the dentist I have already made my appointment for the next check up. I also have my teeth cleaned twice a year.

I used to hardly go to the dentist before. Now, I had to go pretty often because I had to get fillings and a root canal not too long ago. Since then, I started going for regular check ups in order to prevent that problem, so I go every 6 months.

Luckily I was somehow blessed with pretty good teeth. They've always been straight and I still don't have any cavities or fillings.
I'm 28 and I've only had to have some wisdom teeth pulled out because they were squishing everything else and hurting my gums.
I honestly don't even mind going to the dentist..I've seen some people literally wig out about going. The cleanings, the needles and the scrapings don't bother me
..what bothers me is how crazy expensive it is.
Just to have two broken wisdom teeth pulled cost me $647.00!
