I need help with a Yahoo problem

When is the last time you logged into the locked out account? Yahoo automatically disables accounts that have been dormant (not logged in) for 6 months. Then if someone else requests that account name, you can lose it. How many times did you attempt without success? Most places lock you out after the 3rd unsuccessful attempt to login. Did you try the "forgot my password" link? Even if you know your password, try using that and see if you can pass that part. Otherwise someone else may have taken over your account.

I think that if you don't access the account for 6 months then they close it Dory. Try E mailing Yahoo and them to resurrect it.

We thought it was a browser problem but it seems to be with Yahoo. I got the message saying I wasn't permitted to use that URL or something. It is with Yahoo and if you just try again, it might work. That's all we did but it did do it a few times but it's ok now.

I had problems getting into Yahoo the other day - I think they were doing upgrades but I haven't heard your problem before dorypanda! could you not contact Yahoo from the account you can access and make an enquiry about the other one? I hope you get it sorted - good to see you! xxx

[b]dont worry dude this thing happen when someone or you try to access the account with 5 wrong passwords the account became temperarily block so that it cant be missuse so dont worry wait till tomorow it will work again .... happy mylotting!!!![/b]
