Are you satisfied and contented in your Life?

Hello dong. Well, in terms of my lovelife/ married life, I am very satisfied and contended being with my beloved husband. Financially, yes, satisfied and contented because we live a simple life and our income is enough for us. About relationships with friends and relatives, I have no problem. But, there's something missing in this life. I wanted to have a child of my own. I never stopped praying for it. Wish me luck. Good day dong!

A month or two back, I asked the same or similar question here on MyLot. I got several responses most of which said they were satisfied with what they have but are nt closed to the idea of improving if there was a chance to do so. For my part, yes, i am contented with my life and yes i am satisfied with where i am and what i am now and i always thank the Lord for His having blessed me and my life. However, while there is life, it is not bad to strive to always better yourself and i am not an exception. But while i do strive to better myself, I would not be disappointed so much if i fail to reach the new goal i set for myself nor will I be frustrated. I always believe that if it were mine to receive, that I would receive whatever blessing is intended for me.

Hi dong we humans are never satisfied in life. We are always getting ready to live and in the process forget to live. All through our lives we are after hppiness but never actually live it. I try to be happy and try to do things that make me happy. I hardly expect anything from anyone and that lessens a lot of pain. Living life in our own terms and having our priorities make us happier. Happy living.

honestly, i am not satisfied, contended or happy with my life right now. i am far from the one i love. i miss my home. i feel my work is monotonous and there's no opportunity for growth. as in forever in the same position, which is quite boring! and im beginning to feel bored right now. seems that nothing will ever get me out of this boredom except going back home. i admit, the pay is much better here. i can easily save here. sadly, that didnt happen and i even became more unhappy. i always pray to God to give me patience. i know that my time will come. i know that whatever His plan is for me, will happen anytime soon. i just have to be patient!

Hello,Dong! I am too much happy with my life with some ups and downs which is inevitable.If one limits his desire he will be happy.What God has provisioned for me that I must get even if I don't desire.Similarly if God does not like I won't get anything despite my efforts because man proposes God disposes.So it is better to be satisfied with whatever we have.During my long seventy years life span I have never longed for luxury and i am satisfied with what I have and that is the secret of my happiness and healthy life.thanx.

Hi dong, To be with my husband all the time and knowing that my family and his family are ok makes me happy, and to be able to do things or buy things that we can afford! I guess my answer yes I am happy in my life now! But I still want to achieve something in the future.

i am not at all satisfied at all.but i have learnt the hard way to accept things as they are and try to make myself happy.

If I think about the things I DON'T HAVE, that is the time I feel no contentment and satisfaction; but when i think of the things that I DO HAVE and others don't, then I feel contented. But it isn't that simple really since I always see and think of the things that I don't have rather than the ones that I have. Yes, I guess it's still relative, contentment would depend on a person's perception of things in this life. I am happy, despite all the sad and bad things that has been happening in my life, I still endeavor to be happy and be satisfied with what I have, or else I'll go mad thinking about not having this and not having that. I don't wanna push myself into doing things I might regret later just to get the satisfaction of having everything that I wanted...

Sometimes, I am. Most of the time, I am not. It really depends on my mood. At this very minute, I'd have to say I'm not. I'm tired of a lot of stuff and yeaaah, it's annoying.

i am satisfied with my life very much, although ups and downs comes in life, but overall i am very much satisfied!

sort of. there are a lot of things that I wish I could chang but can't...but I guess its not that bad.
