do you know any tips on how to lose weight?

i have tried cutting cokes and stuff out and didn't work and all the diets i find have nasty food.any tips?

Don't eat after 7 pm, limit pasta, potatoes and breads eat rasin bran ceral and lettuce at least 2 times a week! limit snacks, walk, dance or swim as often as you can!

see that my problem we don't eat until like 8....what about whole grain bread is that ok if i limit it maybe a slice for breakfast.have you heard of people eating tuna everyday helps lose weight?

first of all you should have the will power. dear newlands6801, serious effort will lead to sure results.walk a lot. burn your extra fat. eat less of sugars and carbohydrates! eat more of fruits instead of roasted stuff of any kind. raw food is always better. less of butter etc will help you more!! abit of jogging or gym exercise may help!!eat many small meals in a day instead of bulk two / three.

First you need to calculate your daily calorie intake. Write down all the things you eat in a typical day. Do an itemized calorie count. Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce. Seek out alternatives to the unhealthy foods you've cut out. For instance, drinking water instead of soda, using mustard instead of mayo. Choose lean meats. Replace high-calorie side dishes with healthier alternatives..instead of mac and cheese or french fries eat veggies or salad. Start your day off right with a healthy breakfast. Don't fall into the habit of skipping breakfast. It will help increase your metobolic rate. Plan your meals and watch your portion sizes. When you need a little something extra through out the day, graze on healthy snacks. Be sure to drink plenty of water. It will help to keep you hydrated and make you feel full. Exercise-You lose more weight either by decreasing your calorie intake or increasing the number of calories you burn. Walking, brisk walking, aerobics, swimming, cycling, using small weights, jogging are all great ways to help keep fit. Dancing is also another way. Be realistic and healthy about it. If you try unhealthy ways to lose weight, you'll gain it all back in the blink of an eye. If it takes time and is done properly then chances are you'll be able to keep it off. Good luck to you!
