Have there been times when something has happened to you or something is on your mind that is upsetting or unpleasant something small and minor, that you just can't shake off, it just keep nagging you. It might slip your mind for a little while but it is right back again later on. You keep telling yourself it is not the end of the world get over it. If so what do you do to get through this unwanted feeling? I believe it is worse when you live alone and have no one to talk to or share your problems with. You just have to keep it all to yourself until it wears off. The younger generation would say..YOU'LL BE ALRIGHT.

Strangely this is exactly what I am feeling just now while reading your discussion. I am alone with my teenage daughter and yes no one to share my feelings with except now with you my mylot friends. I do hope this feeling wears off soon.

Yeah, I get like that a lot. My husband works nights. So, I'm alone at night. Sometimes I start feeling sick or maybe get like an anxiety attack (I don't know if that's what it is) and I think, what if I get really sick and I'm by myself. Then I just tell myself, "Everything's going to be ok". You just have to believe that you're going to be alright and in the morning, things will be better.
