Have you been to Machu Picchu , Peru ?

I travel quite a lot, and have been to many countries in different parts of the world. But I have not been to countries in South America. I know there are many beautiful places there. One of the most interesting places is Machu Picchu in Peru. I have seen many beautiful photos, very scenic and very interesting historical background too. Have you been to Machu Picchu ?

Of course i have been in Machu Picchu.. I am from Perú :). Machu Picchu is beautiful. believe me, i give you mi word :)

I haven't yet been to Machu Picchu but I hope to do so in a few years. I hope to walk the Inca Trail up there or catch the train. Seeing it after walking and camping along the route for a few days would probably feel like a magical experience. I am learning Spanish at the moment and so it will be so useful for me when I go to Peru. The nearest I have traveled is St Lucia in the Caribbean. South America is right at the top of my travel wish list. I am so fascinated by historical places and when I was at Tikal in Guatemala I was captivated by the amazing looking Mayan temples. I hope that you go to wonderful Machu Picchu one day soon. Happy traveling my friend Green Line.

No, I have not been there, but I sure would like to go. I've read extensively about the place, and looked up many pictures of it online. It would be really nice to be able to go someday.

I would love to go to Machu Pichu, take the Inca's trail and climb all the way up.I have been fascinated by this place since a long time and was extremely happy that it was chosen as one of the new wonders of the world...Just written an article on it for factoidz ..http://factoidz.com/the-incredible-machu-pichu-peruvian-historical-sanctuary/...
