Today I will be preparing chicken for dinner. I know labor day was the last day of summer and summer activities. I am going to fire up my grill and grill me some chicken and fix me a toss salad.
I also like my chicken backed. I sometime bake skinless chicken breast in cream of mushroom sauce and onion soup.. I like fried chicken to but it is not healthy for me I suffer with high cholesterol.
There are many ways to cook chicken how do you like your chicken?

i love and cook chicken every week !
my fav is stir fried with whatever veggies i have.
i'm sure you could marinade the chicken with this
recipe and grill it, too.
marinade: 3 T. lime juice (bottled is fine) and 3 T. soy sauce.
add ginger and garlic to taste.
marinade in a zip-lock for a few hours.

My favourite chicken is flame-grilled chicken. I really enjoy it, especially washing it down with a pint of lager!

I like to take chicken bre*sts and grill them on my George Foreman. Then I cut them into chunks and dip them in ranch dressing, catalina dressing or honey mustard. Talk about good. They are also great grilled and then chopped and added to homemade chicken noodle soup. When I grill them I put McCormicks seasoning salt and Cilantro on them.

I don't eat a lot of meat or poultry but when I do eat chicken, I want it fried.. I have found my tastes changing as I get older and meat of just about any kind really turns my stomach most of the time.. I do occasionally eat baked chicken with broccoli and rice in a cheese sauce but more often than not, when I choose to eat chicken, I like it fried..
Hope your day is going better.. Take care

I like friend chicken best. I don't cook a lot but thankfully someone in my family does. So once in a while I do request for fried chicken. Yum! There is a pack of fried chicken mix sold n the groceries which make our chicken taste like KFC's! For a healthier alternative, we also do roast chicken. It's still juicy unlike grilled chicken and at the same time the skin's a little crisp. This kind of chicken can be used in salads as well if we have leftovers.

Hi Chevee,
I love to marinade my chicken in Italian dressing whether I bake or grill. It has such a great flavor on chicken. I also have high cholesterol but I don't think a little dressing is too much. I also don't use low fat dressing because it is not the same. Try it, you might like it. By the way you don't have to marinade it for more than an hour if you are short on time.

I do enjoy all types of ways to prepare chicken. One of the easy ways that is fast and easy is marinating. You poke holes in the chicken with a knife. Then choose a marinade that you think sounds yummy and pour that along with the chicken in a ziplock bag. Leave it in overnight and then grill the next day. By leaving it in overnight give the juice time to soak up in the chicken. And prepration is quick and simple.
