Drinking green tea reduces body weight .Is it true?

Hi guys,I read in some article that green tea helps to reduce weight.Is it true?Does green tea really works on your body weight?Please give me some personal opinions?

well,green tea has many anti oxident properties.so taking green tea is very beneficial for health.

yeah true.. geen tea is rich in anti-ox so if not it helps in reducing weight , which 'm not much sure about, it surely helps to clean your body toxins.. so 1-2 cup/day is beneficial to health

There is no surprise at all.Green tea helps to burn calories,if you drink ice cold green tea you further push your body to burn more calories,It is known as a negative calorie drink.green tea not only benefits people who look forward to weight loss,but also those who suffer from heart disease.Cheers...

different kinds of tea including green tea have mild laxatives. making you remove some of the fats that you consume.

i hear it before... they said wu long tea oso hv the same effect... it is bcoz green tea hv some nutrient tat other red tea dun hv... n green tea is a origin tea without any process.... but i think if green tea really can reduce weight oso, u must not drink too much... some of friend tried n they said it really work, but they just drink 1-2 cups per day... dun drink too much... everything u drink or eat, must be balance....

I actually want to reduce my weight. I am not sure if that reduces the weight. Still if it reduces the weight, I will not compromise my taste. Lol. I want to have a tasty tea. Lol. Hehe. Just for fun.

Well I drink green tea and I think it is more of making you go to the bathroom to do #2. But I know it is health for you.
