du u dance with your favorite music

Oh yes I love dancing to my favourite music at home - I dance wildly all around the kitchen lol. I find often if I'm feeling down I'll feel a lot better if I dance for a while - lets out all my frustrations.

i dance no matter what haha

i don't really dance, even if i am alone. hehe i don't know why myself. i just feel too embarassing even if i am alone at home. i'm not a good dancer. so when i just want to dance and exercise alone, i feel awkward, i tend to think in my own mind that i look like a fool hehe when others are dancing, i just nod my head sometimes to the beat but that's about all.

I always dancing with my favorite music, on parties or at home. Everyday i switch on the stereo and wait for my favorite music and started to dance, i dance in front of my baby and he is always smilling on me, he maybe thinking what happen to his mommy.Sometimes my hubby dance with me in funny actions. i don't dace, but i will sing with my favorite song. it is a good way to express your emotion and relax your mind. i think dacing does the same work, but i don't dance, because i don't dance well, and my body language is not good. i envy the dancer on the show, they play so amazing, i hope i can do that too, but i think i will wait next life. haha

i also gyrate to the tunes when i am alone.once i did try it with my hubby at home and he burst out laughing.so i avoid dancing in front of him.
