Thank you so much for these recipes and also for the cook book. I have tried recipes in the past that you have sent and they turned out really good. Like the cake in a mug I loved that.

Thanks so much, I love Potato Salad. I don't mind making it neither. Its so good and worth all the time it takes to chop everything. I do it all by hand too. The food precessor makes the vegie's too small. All of them look so good. My sister used to live in Key West, she said at the resort where she was a waitress, they made all kinds of stuff with sweet potato. Even a sweet potato salad, she told me what was in it, I made it. It didn't turn out, it didn't have any flavor to it. I am curious about the Caribbean Sweet Potato salad, maybe that one will be good. As always its nice seeing you. I hope things are well with you and your family.

You always know the neatest stuff. I am way to sleepy to try to print it tonight, but I will be sure to get it tomorrow. Hubby will be delighted and surprised. I am dieting right now, and thanks to Wellness 360 I am finally making some progress. I would have to have very tiny portions of it. Orange Pecan Potato salad, that is hard to imaging. There are several here that look worth trying.

Wow!! That sounds really good. I absolutely love potato salad. A friend of mine is German, and when his daughter in law came over from Germany, she made us the best German potato salad I have ever had. I am not a cook, but my husband would really enjoy this, I'm sure.

Sounds good. Potato salad is one of those great, versatile foods.
The Caribbean Sweet Potato Salad definitely sounds delicious, as does the Cheesy Mashed Potato Salad.
Now, I'm hungry for potato salad!
