Have you ever had a Torot card reading? Was it what you expected?

Now I'm sure there are many of you out there, who don't believe in this particular subject. That's O.K. But I just wanted to get your thoughts on it. If you've had a reading, (as I have) and I mean by a GOOD reader who knew their stuff...did things turn out according to what they old you? Did anything happen, or did nothing happen? I was amazed by the person who read for me, that I delved into this subject many years ago. I own a number of different decks, but am partial to using just one. I don't do too many readings any more. I've basically given it up, but will on occasion, do one if I think that the person I'm reading for is sincere about it enough, and doesn't try to have me do it just to, "get my goat". Many past traditions hold some truth into their development, else we wouldn't still be seeking answers to the questions we've always want to know. I DO NOT however, believe the Tarot is evil. It is a TOOL, no less than anything else. But if it helps in any manner to bring one closer to their own truth, then I say: "Why not?" Your thoughts? cdrxo

I have many Tarot Card readings from different people around my life time. My grandfather was actually one of the people who read cards and he also could read a couple of different things. The crazy thing about it is that everything he said came out to be true. A lot of people who do tarot card readings charge you and a lot of them turn out to be scams. I know this because a lot of the things they say are not true or end up not being true. I only trust certain people that I know when it comes to that. I know this guy who charges $99.00 dollars for tarot card reading he sends you a perfume also but that guy knows a lot everything he says comes out true. There's a phone number where you could reach him also. His name is Jose Ortiz El Buen Samaritano. The guy predicted 9-11 years before it happen and that made him very famous all around. I think if you want to get your cards read you should be able to trust that person because a lot of them are scams but the guy I am talking to you about is a smart guy who helps out a lot of people. I know a little bit about reading cards and different kind of things just because it runs in my family so its kind of a gift but it dosen't mean I know everything just certain things but its just because I havent kept up wit it.

True, there are many scam artists out there. But if you've found someone you trust, then go with them. As for yourself, why not try to improve your gift? Perhaps you too will become the next person to predict such disasters, and perhaps you will be the one, that the world just might listen to this time? PS: Forgive the spelling error. Tarot, not torot. Sometimes my mind types faster than my fingers.

I haven't really had a "professional" reading before, or one that could be considered real at least, only silly ones that have been done by and with friends, so I don't really take those serious. I did get a palm reading once, but it was free and I could never see myself paying for something like that. She looked at my lines, said a bunch of stuff and it wasn't anything that indicated my future or even who I am. The woman basically called me a wh*re and that I would not find true love until I was old. Well at that time I was about 16 years old and I had only ever kissed one boy and I definitely don't see myself as one to want attention from guys, in reality I am extremely shy when it comes to social situations haha. Maybe she figured I had to be a flighty girl since I was hanging out with a fatty friend, I am the skinny one so naturally I must just be hanging out with a fat girl so I could get the attention , my friend of course got a really good reading and she felt like some kind of God, it went something like this, "you have psychic powers and a special strength in this universe, you will go so far, yada yada yada," it was a bunch of crap haha... So as of now I don't find any of that very credible at all.

As with all things in life, there are good ones and bad ones. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not so kind. It's obvious that THAT reader was purely in it for the money. ...and yes, it's hard to know just who the "good" ones are. Rest assured though, we ALL have psychic powers. Some are just more pronounced than others...and one CAN learn to develop them further. Trust in those that only YOU believe are sincere. You'll get a better reading, and at least be satisfied with the results, since the reader was of YOUR choice. Don't be taken in by charletons. There are hundres of them out there, and the WILL scam you for your money. Best wishes Sugarplum 9084 cdrxo
