What type of neighbors you have?

There are different type of people and hence are there many types of neighbors. What types of neighbors are there in your neighborhood? Are they to your expectations. Do you celebrate functions together? My friend has got a neighbor who tends to create and involve in fights every now and then. Its a real nuisance to be around in that colony. If they are not to your expectations then how do you adjust with them?
