I read that donation by rich countries to under developed countries in terms of food and other things is making them dependent. Who all feel the same? Is there a solution for this problem?

YES THATS RIGHT.Rather, the rich countries must help in creating technological base in the poor countries so that they becomes self dependent.

I think domestic skills need to be promoted and expanded and supported by the governments.Look at Japan it was a closed economy and benefitted so much from it.

poor country - The best thing to do is to help them find job to survive and help them improve their status of living, the government plays a vital role here.
That makes feel people become lazy, the best thing for them to give is WORK, teach them to work so they can earn money. The government should established more jobs or invite investors in their country instead of donating foods.

Yes I agree Job generation in third world is very low.There is greater need for bringing in quality investors and promoting domestic goods and services.
