Is it easw or difficult to get up out of bed in the morning? Sometimes I will wake up and nod off again. Mondays are especially difficult? Anyone find mondays difficult to get up and go to work? :-)

Well, I don't have to leave to go to work in the mornings-- but I still find it difficult to get up! I usually press snooze a couple of times and fall back asleep before I actually end up waking up for the day!

I find it easy to get up in the mornings, I just find it really hard to get to sleep at night!

no but i suffer from narcolepsy which is-The main characteristic of narcolepsy is overwhelming excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), even after adequate nighttime sleep. A person with narcolepsy is likely to become drowsy or to fall asleep, often at inappropriate times and places. Daytime naps may occur with or without warning and may be irresistible. These naps can occur several times a day. They are typically refreshing, but only for up to a couple hours. Drowsiness may persist for prolonged periods of time. In addition, night-time sleep may be fragmented with frequent wakenings
