Teaching people to make money

So I have decided to try to create a business teaching people how to make money online.
Any ideas on how to advertise my service's or find people who are interested in learning.
I'm particulary interested in finding programs that work in India and the Philipines since that seems to be a good portion of the issue with alot of people.
Any suggestions would be helpfull.

Hi onlinetomakemoney,
Its depends what kind of subjest you want to teach online because I haven't clue about these things but I think people in those two countries will be most interested.
