What's in your favourites?

I came up with the great idea of sorting my favourites folder out, figured it needed tidying up a bit. Whoa, do I wish I had never started it, an hour I have been at it and I am not even half way through it!
I have got so much stuff stored in there it is unbelievable, the trouble with me is I go exploring on the net and if I see something of interest I put it in there with the intention of reading it later. Of course later never then comes and so my favourites folder is just filled with mess.
In my favourites I have a mixture of wholesale websites of places where I have either bought stuff to sell from or have planned to buy stuff to sell from, a mixture of sites that claim to pay me, a mixture of sites on egypt and historical sites that I am planning to read up on and have not, as yet and just a load of other rubbish!!
So what sorts of things are in your favourites?
How do you manage it, are you tidy and organised, or like me, anything goes in there and everything all over the place and hundreds of pointless sites stored in there?

I would suggest a website to store your favourite links online. Check this out mylinkvault.com. You have to register with this site and you favourite links can be online either private or public so that everybody can see them.

In my favourite links thare are sites which i visit daily, such as newspapers online edition, sports sites, sites related to my work and hobbies.

My favourites have always been organised. I have a folder for my stuff, a folder for my bf, a folder for msn stuff, and then there are a few sites that we both use that are loose. I don't save alot of stuff as I don't really search for alot of stuff.
I like my computer organised so that I can find things easily and then don't have to spend hours trying to organise it like you have done today!!

I suppose you are organised in your own little way but now that you have come across to do a 'clear up' it seems you are unorganised!!
Im sure you will have your own little organised system soon x

I do have a folder in it that has all of that sort of thing nice and neat, that is about it though.

Argh...Don't remind me. I started sorting out my bookmarks of sites I've saved and gave up...LOL. It would take at least three solid days to really sort things out for me...Upon looking at some of my favorites just last night I deleted a lot of them...it was like I was scratching my head wondering, why the heck did I save that??
It's like the analogy of savings newspaper clippings...years later you come across them, read them and try to figure why I saved them....they must have had some significance to me at the time, but now????? No idea

I know, I have no clue as to why half of them are in there, I have not got around to doing the rest of it, that can wait for another day!

I have tons of folders in mine, so it's reasonably well organized. But I do have a string of sites at the bottom of the all the folders that's just stuff I only wanted to save "temporarily". When that string gets too long it starts to bug me. One solution to this problem I've thought of is to sign up for a social bookmarking site like Furl or Stumble Upon, set your account to private, and use it for those random things you want to save for awhile.

I have all of my sites in my favorties that I earn from daily. I also have my online billing accounts in my favorties too.

I don't organized my stuff here, I just save it and it's everywhere..hahaha..Maybe I need to have break and then sort out things! I know it's nice to have it arranged so it is easy to locate but I am lazy all the time..LOL!
I just bookmark some of the sites![/i]

I have a few good sites and bill sites I've bookmarked and then I have a lot of others that are junk LOL I need to go through it and weed all the ones I don't go to anymore.

usuallt i put in favourites the sites i visit frequently and sites i feel chances of forget is more
