There is soemthing called bossy nature. I don't know where they actually get this? But once they are promoted they get this (might be associated with the post). Then there on they expect every one below them to be their slaves. They tend to order, give works with impracticable finish dates and what not. Do you agree with this? Any thing more you wanetd to add?

Bossy people are te eas*hole. heard this joke? Once the body parts were having a discussion t decide who is the boss. The heart said "I am the boss. if i stop functioning, the is body will die." The brain said "I am the boss. If i stop functioning, you will not be able to think." Similarly everyone said some smart quip. Finally when it was teh turn of the as*hole he sust stopped functioning and there was no excretion of waste. The body started bloating up. Every part of the body was in pain. Every part of the body accepted and said "you are the boss. we all agree. please permit the waste to go out." Then the as*hole agreed to release all the waste and the body heaved a sigh of relief. Ahhhhh what a As*hole it was. so boss, the boss is always...............

Yes. I think they do expect them to do alot more. I think alot of them do their bosses jobs too and it isn't fair. Alot of them let their title go to their head and they become mouthy to other employees.
