i dont know how much time i spennd on mylot.i am depending my moods and my little girl.coz sometimes she is jelous it sit and doing mylot.

I go on the internet about 10a. usually, unless I didn't get to sleep until 8 or 9a., and stay up until atleast 3a. or 4a. on the internet. i am either on here, writing on my book, poems, etc. or writing articles, IMing with friends, or doing research. I take time away to go for bike rides, house cleaning, personal stuff, and playing with my grandkids. Sometimes I think because my PC is on most of that time that people think I am just setting here infront of my laptop 24/7. Well, I feel that way sometimes myself!

Its part of your life to0 to be addicted on internet . but my dear please share some time in fresh Air , meeting peoples & helping family members its really a social life .
Its good for sound health for us . Maximum i recomand you to spends only 18 hours with 5-10 minutes frequent break after each haur . and harl hour break after 8 hours . surely give rest to eyes & hands for remaining 8 hours with good sleep

Actully I want to say that if person working in Software . This Internet must be a tool for Communication & search for. He/she can use his /her precious time in Resaerch & development type of work . In that case Social Networking time must be less camre then other .

hi there! i'm work in a callcenter & my job involves internet connectivity so i'm infront of the computer & spends 9 hours hours a day using the internet. so that's like 5days x 9hours.
after work, i sit infront of the computer in my bedroom surfing the internet until i fell asleep. so that's another 2-3 hours.
and on days off it's unlimited internet. do the math.. :p

That really good for IT people to use Internet for resaerch & communication tool . in that case excess addiction to use social networking must be avoided.

I'm a music promoter, so I spend alot of time on the internet. There are times when i'm not working, and that allows me to check emails and relax. I get very little play-time online, but it does happen.

Hello amitsh8888! I am a teacher but now I am stay at home. My husband and I are far from each other right now so we only communicate through the internet. I usually spend 15 hours on the internet.
