My favorite fruit is the banana. I like trying various dishes made with the banana. What is your favorite fruit? Which fruit would you like to use in your cooking?

I love bananas and I have a small plantation of it. I planted some lakatan bananas about two months ago and they are growing really well.

Lakatan bananas in my farm - They say that I can expect some fruit in five or six months. I hope this happens as they said. I love bananas.
Here is a picture of my lakatan bananas.

I am about as fruity as they get! LOL I don't think there are any fruits that I don't like. Now naturally some are farther down the list with me than others but I like them all. I did eat a Mango one time though and didn't much care for that one. Right now everything is apple since my apple tree outdid itself this year and I have been creating apple everything! LOL It's made for some interesting dishes though I must say! See ya!

Cooked fruits do not have any nutrition and it destroys vitamins too. But I love to cook mangos in different ways and I love eating mangos. I make dishes like curries, puddings, souffle, etc.
