how to control your weight?

My way to control weight is eat less, drink a lot of water, sports, eat fruit and green vegetables, keep far from soft drinks, and have vitamines, sometimes have medicine

Water is the key. Like.. you should be drinking so much of it that you have to pee like... at least every hour..

yes , you are right. water is most important for us. It will keep us clean, and help us eject bad matters inside our body

Well I do drink plenty of water but when I do so I feel my body a type of getting bigger then before. When I control my eating habbits along with water I lose weight quickly but when I just control my food but drink plenty of water I find it tough to reduce my weight.

i am not fat so i do not want to lose weight i think eat less is bad for our healthy ,so i am not agree
