Oh Oh Why is my monitor color suddenly gone?

I'm not sure what happened but you should be able to fix it by going into your control panel and then go to performance and maintenance and it will let you adjust your olor scheme back to the default colors.

Well, this seems to be problem with your cable there at the back... Just care to check out if your cable which connects the monitor with C.P.U. is working fine... As by patting you can change the colours, it indicates that cable connection has some problem... the same problem is with my pc also, if i move its cable from a particular position... then it will turn whole screen in single dark colour... try to use another cable on your Pc or try your cable on some other Pc. you can take help of your Friend's P.C.

The cable must be loose.. Check your cables :) Take them out and plug them back in.. Have a nice day..

How long is your monitor had been used? Is it for almost years? If it is yes, you might wanna change your monitor or have it repaired by a technician. You didn't do anything right? You didn't format your computer? So if that's the case the monitor is the main problem, try to rotate the monitor left and right, and unplug the power cable at the back of it, if doesn't work, then you have to buy another one.. I think your monitor is very old now, if changed its better otherwise you can try changing the cable or play with the cable pins at the back. Try inserting the cable properly, or set the cable properly i think it's going to work properly
