Rapist..........even the capital punishment is not enough

8 year old getting raped, 70 year old getting raped, a young lady being raped, every day we see growing numbers of this hideous social crime and these scoundrels go free in just few years.Every day we see at least few crimes committed all over the country and how many such case might have gone unnoticed. How do they even feel like raping a child or and 70 year old granny. WE can understand it in case of young ladies( i am not justifying their act )but a small girl being raped that's ridiculous. how can they possibly thing of doing it. Even the capital punishment is not enough I feel ,these people should be torture mercilessly and after that hanged to death. They are a disgrace to the society and human race.
