Free GIF banner creator? / myLot

I know when I was taking classes through AIO I used a free GIF creator (it was a downloadable program) for the life of me I can't find it! Help!

Well, if you have Photoshop you can use it, and there's also Microsoft GIF maker, but that one is really bad. Also, I heard you can use GIMP, which is a free art program, to animate, but I have never done it, so I will give you a link so you can see it, and maybe I will try it myself too. http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/Simple_Animations/

I have photoshop, flash, etc on my PC. The program I was using was a lot easier than using any of that though. I will check out GIMP. I have heard that it is easier to use.

hello do a look at fulldownload.iblog.com i think there is one some there or try at katz.cd you can find a several good programs i think..
